1. Use of the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

By using WeddingY, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
WeddingY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use WeddingY, including but not limited to any loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively resolved by the courts located in Vietnam.
